The Federal Government has decided to refuse the visit of non-Nigerian passport holders and non-residents to Nigeria within 14 days.
This decision was made as part of the Presidential Steering Committee on COVID-19's COVID-19 decisions, which were made in response to an increase in COVID-19 cases and fatalities in certain parts of the world.
In a statement titled "Travel advisory for passengers arriving Nigeria from Brazil, India, and Turkey," the committee's chairman, Boss Mustapha, revealed this.
According to the announcement, the travel advisory will go into effect on Tuesday and will be reviewed after a four-week period.
This guidance reads partially "The entry in Nigeria is refused to non-Nigerian passport holders and non-residents who have visited Brazil, India or Turkey within days of visiting Nigeria.
